The world renowned Quatuor Bozzini will present the world premiere of my String Quartet no. 1, l’appel du vide at The Lab at the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire.
World-renowned Montreal-based Quatour Bozzini have been Visiting Ensemble in the RBC composition department since 2020. Tonight we welcome them back as part of their latest European tour, as they present six brand new works by RBC composition students Phoenix Archbold, Chris Cresswell, Elliot Facey, Lantian Gu, Kat Hunt, and James McIlwrath.
